Hello! Welcome to my official blog space for Endless Occasions, located in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. I'm so excited to create this space to connect with all of you to share my thoughts, dreams, and experiences.

It seems as though I have been dreaming of this moment since I saw "The Wedding Planner" at the movie theater back in 2001. I remember when I saw Jennifer Lopez gracefully navigating the aisle with her headset, impeccable makeup and hair. It ignited a spark within me. It was at that moment, that I believe I found my calling and yes, it's also when I fell fell in love with Matthew McConaughey, alright, alright! 

Now, fast forward to 23 years later and so much have happened since that time. I have been able to experience being a wedding planner, wedding coordinator (both paid and unpaid). I also coordinated many birthdays, baby showers, graduation and even recently a retirement event! The journey leading up to each event was often filled with stress, but witnessing the happiness on my clients' faces when they see what I've done, make it all worthwhile. 

In the past few years, I've lost so much. My aunt (my second mom), two months later, I lost my father (my knight shining armor), a year after that, I had a miscarriage and then I lost one of my best friend (my therapist) around the due date of my baby, followed by the recent loss of my dear brother (my first best friend), I can say that it's been super devasting for me.

However, through all those devastating moments, I found solace in keeping myself busy. Whether it was planning and coordinating someone's wedding, graduation, retirement, baby shower or even funeral. I discovered that the act of creating memorable experiences for others helped me cope and heal.

This year, marks a significant milestone for me as I enter my 40's. I've long held the aspiration to be doing what I love at this stage of life. The image of pursing my passion has been etched in my mind for years, and every year, I've told myself, "This is the year." Now, more than ever, I understand and I'm determined to savor it by doing what I enjoy the most. 

With unwavering faith and a heart full of excitement, I'm taking the plunge. I'm officially re-launching my event planning services, and I can't wait to take you along on this thrilling journey!
